Bio: 

 

Born in Burnaby and raised in New Westminster, British Columbia, Gavin has cultivated a passion for law rooted in a sport-centric upbringing that includes mixed martial arts and football. From this, he developed a commitment to discipline and excellence that transitioned seamlessly into his solicitor focused practice.

 

Gavin completed his legal education at Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia and was called to the bar in 2022. Shortly thereafter, Gavin’s entrepreneurial spirit lead him to taking the reins of the law firm, Pihl & Company which had been providing legal services in the Burnaby area since 1982. Since then, the growth of his practice lies at the intersection of real estate transactions, private lending, and real estate development. Additionally, he can provide legal advice on matters that concern estate work and business law, catering to a diverse spectrum of client needs.

As of January 2024, Gavin now joins Triton Law in his pursuit of expanding his solicitor based practice in the lower mainland.

 

His approach to law prioritizes the establishment of trust, reliability, and reputation by delivering unparalleled service. He places a premium on cultivating strong connections with his clients, founded on serving as a devoted legal ally and ensuring a seamless legal journey.
