Bio:

Nikki Prihar is a lawyer in our litigation department, with expertise spanning Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury, and Family Law.

​

Nikki's academic journey led her to Dublin, Ireland, where she earned her LL.B. Honours Degree from the University of Wales. She honed her practical legal skills during her articles at a boutique litigation firm in Surrey, B.C., before being called to the bar in 2015. Following her call, Nikki served as in-house defence counsel for the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia, where she provided strategic legal counsel in insurance-related matters. In 2022, she transitioned to a mid-sized law firm in Surrey, B.C., where she focused on commercial litigation, advising clients on business, real estate, and commercial disputes. Nikki joined Triton Law in January 2025 as a Family Lawyer, bringing her broad litigation experience to the firm.

Over the course of her career, Nikki has represented clients in all levels of court in British Columbia, including the B.C. Court of Appeal, demonstrating her skill and versatility in complex legal matters.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Nikki enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
